KKD walks a free Man as State finally drops charges.


An Accra High Court has dismissed the ongoing alleged rape case brought against ace broadcaster Kwesi Kyei Darkwah, known in showbiz as KKD.

This dismissal follows the filing of a 'Nolle Prosequi' by state prosecutors today, Wednesday, April 22, indicating their unwillingness to continue the case.
A statement presented to the court by state prosecutors and signed by the Attorney General, Marietta Brew Appiah-Oppong, indicated that "the victim in this case Ewureffe is still very unwilling to testify in court. The victim states that she is highly traumatized by the events of the day of the incident and its aftermath and so is not in the right frame of mind to appear before court.

"Thus the Attorney General believes that it is not int he best interest of the victim and the prosecution to present her before the court at this point in time. The AG is mindful of the provisions under the prosecutors code one of which is that the best interest of the victim is to be considered in cases of this nature in deciding whether to prosecute a case or not."
The statement went on further to say "the other witnesses in this case who are mostly family members of Ewureffe are also very unwilling to testify. The Attorney General believed in the case so held on to it with the hope that witnesses would willingly appear to testify when they are needed by the court. This is not to say that the AG is unaware of the various legal processes at her disposal to compel the witnesses to appear before the court.

"It is to be noted that the Attorney General still believes in the case and reserves the right to commence the prosecution ones the victims and witnesses are ready."
The court had set April 22 to form the seven-member jury to rule on the case only for the state to file for a discontinuance.
The lady in question Ewureffe Orleans Thompson indicated her disinterest in the case but government said it had enough evidence to run the full haul.
The AG's decision, however, means although the case has been dismissed and the accused discharged, he has not been acquitted and the case could be recalled when the victim and other witnesses are willing to speak.

CIA spy attempt on Apple proved futile


Another NSA leak revealed that the CIA was trying to undermine the encryption used in iPhones and insert secret surveillance backdoors into applications. Surveillance methods were presented at NSA’s secret annual conference dubbed “jamboree”.

The most worrying effort was the creation of a dummy version of Apple’s development software called Xcode. The latter is normally used by developers all over the world to create apps for iOS. Apparently, the modified version of Xcode would allow the surveillance agencies to insert surveillance backdoors into any mobile app created in it. This leak may prompt security audits among Apple developers to find out if they used compromised software or not.

The sad part is that sustained hacking efforts against Apple devices, very popular in the United States and all over the world, continue to strain difficult relations between Apple and the American government. Although Apple used to be a partner in the notorious Prism program (a kind of a legal backdoor to get user data by the secret agencies), the company then has stepped up efforts to protect user privacy. This is when it launched its own encryption in iMessages.

This “jamboree” also revealed the attempts to use keylogger software, i.e. the one that records and transmits everything a victim types, into systems via Apple’s software update tool. Finally, a sophisticated approach to breaking encryption was revealed, which used the activity pattern of the phone processor while it is encrypting data in order to gain access to the core software the iPhone runs.

These are not the only activities of intelligence agency against Apple: a year ago, a variety of exploits were revealed that the NSA and its fellows used against mobile phones.

Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah known in showbiz as MzBel who is popularly known for her controversial lyrics coupled with sex appeal on stage, recently after her "RED CONCERT" on February 7 was interviewed by Stacey Amoateng on her Restoration Show.

 The "Am 16 years" songstress publicly denounced Jesus Christ after Stacey asked if she believes in Him. According to Mzbel, she did her own research and found out that a similar story as Jesus' happened about 5000 years ago in Egypt and that Jesus' story was about 2000 years ago.

 When she was asked the question about Jesus, here's what she first said " Well i don't want to offend anybody, I used to believe in "it" but I did my own research and I think it was made up".

 Mzbel later related Jesus' story to Horus' saying, " Horus' mother was a virgin, before his birth, an angel appeared to his mom, he had disciples and did miracles at the age of 12".

 Stacey further asked if Mzbel believed in the Book of the Old Testament, "YES" she replied, but didn't agree with the fact that Jesus Christ is the Messiah according to the Prophecies, as Bible said there will be a Messiah and she agrees not with the fact that Jesus is the Messiah, as she rhetorically asked "how do you know" when she was asked about the Prophecy in the book of Isaiah.

Ghanaian Ace Broadcaster and fashion icon Kwesi Kyei Darkwa (KKD), the man who has become the spark plug at the center of the Ewuraeffe Orleans Thompson rape saga on Wednesday February 18, 2015 had his case continued in Court.

 It was unveiled during the proceedings that, the 19 year old victim Ewuraeffe Orleans Thompson, was until the day of the incident a virgin as doctor's report confirmed that her hymen was broken and there was abrasion on both her labia majora and minora.

 KKD forcibly had intimate relations with her after he had pushed her unto the sink and assured her of giving her "Postinor-2" to prevent any pregnancy, she later wiped blood off her private parts with a tissue given her by KKD.

 According to Ghbase.com, the case has been transferred to the High Court and will be reopened on March 18, 2015.

An anonymous woman has revealed a short audio tape revealing some skeletons of our own Ghanaian comedienne, TV presenter and Ambassador for orphans Afia Schwarznegger that had been hidden in her closet.

In the tape, it was said that Afia Schwarznegger who was referred to as "Mother" , was a drunkard, an addict and a ho*ker, and that she's never had a husband like she usually boasts with anytime such a question comes up in an interview.

 The anonymous woman in the audio taped declared that everyone deserves a second chance but she and four others like her who knew Afia Schwarznegger alias Mother as she was referred in the tape from long ago really got furious about the dis videos Afia released to Pastor Daniel Obinim.

She claims Afia was never a flight attendant and also she was only a dating an  old white dude who was believed to be in his 70's, she further said that Afia could get so high on drugs that opening her an*s wide wasn't a problem to her.

The stories keep coming and we can't stop writing, we sincerely wish all these could come to an end.
 I personally think everyone has a past so this anonymous lady should just hold her peace.
